The room was sparkling clean when we arrived. I especially loved the rainfall shower and the high-quality organic toiletries provided. The only minor issue was that the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference, but the overall comfort was top-notch.

We stayed in the Family Suite and it was incredibly spacious. The kids loved the bunk beds and the dedicated play area. Having a small kitchenette was a lifesaver for preparing quick meals. Clean, safe, and very comfortable for a family of four.
