Rules
- Check-in/out: Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is before 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
- Identification: A valid government-issued ID or passport is required upon arrival.
- Non-Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free property. All our Chalets have smoke detectors therefore smoking is prohibited.
- Pet Policy: To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed within the chalets.
- Safety Boxes: Please use the in-room electronic safe for your valuables. The Lodge is not responsible for any lost items.
- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum between 22:00 and 07:00. Music boxes are strictly prohibited in public areas and the volume should be kept at a minimum while in your room.
